Plantation Group, LLC

Plantation Group, LLC, a Virginia Class A Contractor, is the Williamsburg area member of The Bush Companies, a closely held group of companies affiliated through overlapping ownership and common management. Formed in 1990 to serve as the developer and builder of the Powhatan Plantation and Greensprings Plantation resort properties, the Company took its name based upon its involvement with interval ownership resorts having “Plantation” in their names. Today, four interval ownership resort properties in the Williamsburg area have Plantation Group, LLC as their land developer and builder.

Other local area credits of the Company and its principals include development of the 1,402-acre Greensprings Plantation community in James City County, the Greensprings Office Park and the Braemar Creek Condominium, a 292-unit condominium community currently being built and marketed at Greensprings Plantation, surrounded by the Williamsburg National Golf Club. Additionally, Plantation Group, LLC has successfully completed the construction of Foundation Square, a mixed-use condominium project, and the Discovery office buildings, all located in New Town.

Primarily a luxury multi-family residential mixed-use development organization, The Bush Companies market extends from Baltimore to Lexington Kentucky. Recent credits in the region include “414 Water Street,” a 30-story Inner Harbor condominium in Baltimore that is under construction and “The Residences at Station Square,” a 309-unit mixed-use condominium located just two blocks from the Clarendon Metro station in Arlington, Virginia.
