Explanation of Condo Fees
Foundation Square is a condominium located within the vibrant mixed use community of New Town. Your monthly condo fee will cover both your Foundation Square fees and your New Town Owners Association Fees.  The monthly condo fees on a two bedroom unit will cost approximately $204, and the three bedroom unit fees run from $265 on up to $293.

Items covered within your monthly condo fee are inclusive of maintenance and repair of common areas, the master insurance policy, professional property management, trash pick-up, the cleaners that maintain the care of the common areas, use of the fitness room and exterior grounds maintenance.
